Yeyette is one of the sound healing pioneers in the Philippines.
A sound healer since 2010, she uses her voice to connect with the Divine and send healing. Through her gifts in playing crystal singing bowls and Spirit Singing, she allows the Spirit to bring out a song as she sends healing vibrations.
Yeyette has been an ardent singer-songwriter and composer. As she advocates music for healing and spirituality, she helps people connect with their own creative gifts. Her passion involves assisting an individual’s discovery and expression of the creative self, which is the path to wellness, holiness, and wholeness.
Music has been her companion in her own healing journey. Having been very soft spoken and shy as a child, she has developed a throat-related health challenge which was healed when she started to embrace her gift of voice and music.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound affects us on a very deep level. Sound affects our bodies at the most basic molecular level, with cells, organs and brain all having some response. Different tones, notes and pitches can affect our self-healing processes along with expanding our minds, stimulating creativity and generally restoring balance and harmony on a deep soul level.
Sound as medicine has been recognized and used by many ancient cultures for thousands of years.
Sound healing works in the principle of resonance; that everything, including our bodies, is in a state of vibration and therefore creates sound. A healthy body vibrates harmoniously at its healthy, normal frequency. When a part of the body starts to sing “out of tune”, this creates imbalances and disease. By re-tuning the body to its proper and correct frequencies using sound vibrations, healing is indeed possible.
There are many ways that sound healing can be performed. There are devices and instruments designed for sound healing. Yeyette uses her voice as her main instrument in her sound healing sessions together with crystal singing bowls and healing tuning forks.
